The fourth step in getting the gov't back from the corporate lobbyist, special interest groups, and dishonest politicians, who don't have your best interest in mind, is to vote them out of office.
But you must be a registered voter. There's no getting around it.
If you're young, old, or anywhere in between, to make a difference you must register and vote to get what you need and payed for, from your gov't.
One vote can make a difference and you could be that difference.
I chose the first gov site to register for a number of reasons.
1.So you could have access to what your gov't can do for you now.
2.To keep an eye on what the gov't is doing. Remember, this is the official site of the federal gov't.
3.Last but not least you are able to register to vote on this site from anywhere in the country except new Hampshire, north Dakota, and Wyoming.
Just click on the national mail voter registration link http://www.eac.gov/voter/register%20to%20vote/nvra.pdf or click firstgov below, go to the second section on main page-titled information by topics- at the bottom right topic- with the heading-voting and election- click on that heading-from there you go to the bottom of the page where it says- register to vote and go vote. Then click on- register to vote by mail- then go to bottom for heading-national mail voter registration form- click on- for public use.
There you go you're on your way to making a difference and getting what you need and deserve.
